Shipping
We offer blind shipping or third party shipping through UPS. Couriers may be requested for local deliveries. FedEx scheduled pick-ups are accommodated upon request.
UPS Blind Shipping
All Pro Printing relies on UPS daily scheduled pick-ups. We only blind ship from the originator of the order unless otherwise specified. Tracking is sent to the originator's email and can be found on the invoice.

All Pro Printing requires insurance for cost of goods for all orders over $500.00.
Third Party Shipping
All Pro Printing can ship on a third party's UPS account. Tracking is sent to the third party's email. Tracking is not included on the invoice. Third party is responsible for all communication with UPS.
FedEx scheduled pick-ups can be arranged by the originator of the order. All Pro Printing can provide a pick-up date and will arrange proper packaging. FedEx label will need to be provided via email to our office prior to the pick-up date.
Change of Address
It is UPS's policy that address changes may not be guaranteed. We will do our best to communicate with UPS through World Wide Express. Address changes may include additional fees and void any priority services originally guaranteed or paid for. Address changes will cause a disruption and delay in service.
UPS Priority Shipping
If any priority service is requested through UPS (i.e. Next Day Air, Saturday Delivery, Three Day, etc.) All Pro Printing requires insurance for the cost of goods be added to the priority service. All Pro Printing does not require insurance if a third party's account number is used, however it is recommended.
Proof Approvals
It is the policy of All Pro Printing to send estimates and proof approvals for all new orders, changes to artwork, or repeat orders with changes requested. Estimates and digital proofs will be provided via email.
It is the responsibility of the individual placing the order to review specifications on the estimate and the artwork proof. Approval of an estimate and proof will initiate production, and is it is understood that all specifications have been communicated and agreed upon. Including but not limited to, spelling, shipping, revision dates, paper stocks, pricing, etc.

All Pro Printing will provide first round press proofs for brokers free of charge. If further proofs are needed, we can offer an estimate for further printing.

PMS color matching or previous print samples are the best way to ensure color accuracy. All Pro Printing retains samples and color matches to the best of our ability. But please note colors can appear different on various computer screens due to a combination of factors. How it looks on the computer screen is not always how it will look in print.
